[SOLVED] Echoing array of rows in database?

noober

Recommended Posts

I'm very new to mysql databses and trying to echo the rows? from "post_content" in my wordpress database. I can Select a specific ID or Select an ID greater than 0, but all that I can get to echo out is one row. I tried implementing a for loop, as shown in the code below, but now nothing is outputting, just a blank page. What am I doing wrong? Thanks. :)

<?php

$host = "****";

$user = "****";

$pass = "****";

$database = "*****";

//connect to the database

mysql_connect($host, $user, $pass);

@mysql_select_db($database) or die("Unable to select database");

$query = "SELECT * FROM wp_posts ORDER BY ID";

$query_result = mysql_query($query);

for($i=0; $i< $num_rows; $i++){

$blog_date = mysql_result($query_result, $i, "post_content");

}

echo $blog_date;

mysql_close();

echo $row['date'];

This is your column name

Change "date" to your column name

You can echo whatever column/s in one while loop

while($row = mysql_fetch_array($result)){
   echo $row['date'];
  echo $row['date2'];
  echo $row['date3'];
  echo $row['date4'];
}

Give me you table name and column name and ill do it for you
