Accessing an image from a MySQL database using PHP

I'm trying to access images that are contained in a mysql database with PHP, but I continue to get php errors no matter what I try. Here is a snapshot of what I'm trying to do:

CasinoImage is the field name for the image I'm trying to access from the mysql database.

$ccasinoimage = "CasinoImage";
.
.
.
.
while ($row = mysql_fetch_array($result))
{
  $CasinoImage = $row["$ccasinoimage"];
  echo "<center><img src = ".$CasinoImage.">" "</center> ;  ***

*** This line yields the following error: "Parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ',' or ';'. "

However, a similar statement to access a web address from the same database works just fine:

$cwebaddress = "webaddress";
.
.
.
$webad = $row["$cwebaddress"];
echo "<a href = ".$webad.">" .$name. "Web Page</a>"; where "webaddress"
is the field name in the database.

Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.
