akitchin Posted July 15, 2006 Share Posted July 15, 2006 as it says in the manual, mysql_query() returns a resource ID for the results of the query. in order to extract the results, you need to use a grabbing function such as mysql_fetch_row(), mysql_fetch_array(), or mysql_result().
