Spot the error

Somewere in this line of code:
if (isset($_GET['F']) && ($_GET['F'] + 0 ><HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Cable Sag Error (Catenary Curve Effect) Calculator</TITLE>

there is an error causing this:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '<' in C:\wamp\www/calc etc...

pls help

Is completly incorrect, well the first part isn't ( iif (isset($_GET['F']) &&) but the secound bit is incorrect what are you trying to do? with this bit - [code]($_GET['F'] + 0 ><HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Cable Sag Error (Catenary Curve Effect) Calculator</TITLE>[/code]
