form help please

Hi, im trying to make this thing where once a user submits their information, they can download this zip file.

But i want the form to first submit, and then for the download to begin.

i can make the form on its own, but can anyone please tell me how i can make the download begin only after the form has been sent?

Can you tell me what i'd put in the //perform download part?

is is just a direct link to the zip file or something else?
