Server Stopping for no reason?

Hrm, I don\'t know whats going on here. I rebooted my computer and all of the sudden Apache wouldn\'t run for more than 5 seconds or so. After checking the logs, this is what its coming up with:

Im really not sure what to do. Any ideas?
