I have come accross a character ’ which i can't find on my keyboard the problem is with this character when i try to insert it to my database by copying and pasting articles it returns a value of ??? so i want to replace ’ with ' I was trying to use stripslashes as i thought it was a ' not sure how to fix this problem?
