The server path I\'m using is correct - I checked with my host - and I\'m setting up the folders and permissions exactly as it says in the instructions. Result = zero. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong? And can anyone suggest an alternative program for backing up databases without having to worry about the server timing out? Thanks.
