Then when you registered at one site you would be able to login to any of your sites (including their forums). However I dont think this is the case no more since the change to SMF.However there are plans to fix any problems with the main sites and the forums. We will use that to fix up the site here at phpfreaks.com etc. After which I will see if he will give us ftp to the other sites so we can work on tying the login scripts together. From looking at the SMF code, and working a bit with MySQL, it should be to hard to accomplish. .josh Posted August 4, 2006 Share Posted August 4, 2006 this is slightly off topic, but related to something you just mentioned steelman, but a lot of stuff around here seems to be dependant on you and ober getting ftp access, and you guys keep mentioning that phpfreak is "working on" giving you ftp access. Just out of curiosity, lol... what's taking him so long? I mean, I, as i'm sure virtually everybody else around here, has setup ftp accounts many times. It does not take that long to do it. I know he is busy, but how hard is it to give FTP access to two people? Hell, I could do that in five minute from a linux bash command line.
