Submit form to email addresses entered on the form by user?

;D  I have an existing html form that functions as a maintenance request form for my client. It submits to two email addresses contained in the "value" using a mailto.cgi script. I need to add three additional fields that my client wishes to use to enter optional email addresses that will submit the form to various repair companies as well as the addresses preset in the "value". How would I go about this with PHP? I'm a newbie to PHP so be gentle. Thanks!
