[SOLVED] Time zone error ?

I just got like an epic eror i've never seen before in 3 years of coding php and have no idea what is wrong with the function i am using when it is a build in function with PHP.

 

This is what it says:

Argh bingo So im guessing date function was error reporting telling me it was "guessing" what time zone to put my server in ?
