Adding a wan ip in windows xp

I am using windows xp(I hate it) and am using apache as my webserver. I am hosting 5 domains and I want seperate Ips for several of them.

I contacted my ISP and they told me that I should use virtual ips. I don't realy understand what they mean by this. From windows I am only able to add lan ips not wan ips. I know that this must be possible. Web hosts do this every day.

Any suggestion would be great.

Thanks,
Tom
