PHP WARNING AFTER RESTART WINDOWS 2003(Unable to intialize module)

I install php5 on IIS6 (windows 2003) after restart computer I saw this warning:

Unknow(): (null): Unable to intialize module
Module compiled with module API=20050922, debug=0, thread_saftey=1
PHP compiled with module API 20020429, debug=0, thread-saftey=1
These options need to match.
anybody can help me to resolve this problem?
