You need some color, I couldn't even see your menu at first.

1. The main text needs to go up at the same height as the menu.
2. You should use some rollovers on your top menu.
3. Incorporate a bright color like blue or green throughout the page so it's not so monochromatic.

When I revisited your site I noticed the image not loading instantly, so I took a look at the size.

123.23 kB

Bit much, don't you think? Especially considered that the image shows compression artifacts.

Here you go, compressed image only 25 kB that looks just as bad.  :P Just kiddin'.

Hello.

The site looks fine, but as someone mentioned, the layout places serious limits as to what content you can use it with.

The navigation is VERY hard to see, but if you change the color and reduce the size of the text, it will look decent.

If you plan on having a portfolio on the site, I think adding pictures that are not grayscale will be hard.

Just my 2 cents. Good luck buddy.
