Hi Guys

I have got the following error message

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_IF in /home/sites/emmagrayphotography.co.uk/public_html/index.php on line 3

The entire code of the page is here

<?php
session_start()
if(!$_SESSION['uid']){
		//if no session, relocate to login page
		header('Location: login.php');
	}

?>

<?php
include('includes/connect.php');
?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title>Gallery</title>
</head>

<body class="body" >
<div id="content">
    <h1>Galleries</h1>
    <?php
include ('includes/viewgallery.php');
?>
  </div>
</body>
</html>

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Cheers
