You asked the question and I gave you the answer, if you had asked "I have tried to run this script in safe mode and it doesn't work, how do I turn safe mode off", but you didn't. So don't be a cock and think about what you are saying. You will need to contact your hosting as you probably won't have access to turn safe mode off.
