Web PHP have security?

Sorry.! My English isn't good,

I have project about web,my boss want to webboard and i know only creating PHP.

before i create i ask my friend,possible if i create web board by PHP,

He say "PHP have low security for web board,i think you should want to Joomla,phpbb,discuz.... for create web board cause they have high security"

-create PHP :

      +  what should i do when my website have been hacked.

      + How to create php for block hacking.(or for upgrade security my site).

      + I know only create standard PHP code.

-Use Joomla,phpbb,SMF... :

      + my site have webboard about show painting(cartoon) and i'm looking for web templete(joomla,discuz) for support my design

      my friend tell me : Photo Gallery is good for your web site

 

Can you help me about my problem

There are lots and lots of Joomla Templates you can choose from. For a beginner like you who do not have any idea how to fully secure your site, much better if you will use Joomla (or other open source solutions) because it is backed up with a community that always updates/upgrades the system.

 

Joomla is not hard to use.
