php passing fields info to pop up div

hi guys I have the following project and I was hoping for some feedback, please:

 

I have two fields and a select option in a form. Before submitting the form I want to use this information inserted in the 2 fields and the selected option to show into a pop up div in order to do some checkes into the database.

 

Do you think ther is away to get this informataon to show into the pop up div or am I on the wrong road?
