hostfreak
After searching google I found this:http://www.experts-exchange.com/Web/Web_Languages/PHP/PHP_Windows/Q_21617212.htmlTry this:
$socket = fsockopen('ssl://www.proactive.info', 80, &$errno, &$errstr, 30)
joking
I did try this be4 but also it didnt work.$errno is returning 0 and $socket is returning FALSEThis indicates that the error occurred before the connect() call. This is most likely due to a problem initializing the socket. <---- this is from php.net
