corbin Posted January 10, 2010 Share Posted January 10, 2010 There was a brief period in which users could submit tutorials, but as far as I know, users cannot currently do so (must be Guru or above). I could be wrong though. I searched the forum and couldn't find anything about it. I would wait until a mod or admin says you can't to give up, but I'm like 95% sure that you can't. Don't we have a TOS? And yes, It would be of their best interest to hand the usage rights to the current administration, I doubt they'd want to be blammed with possible copyright issues over some stupid code. I wouldn't necessarily agree with that, but I see what you're saying. I only really asked out of curiosity.
