@Norm.. why would you put Dan's "mini-profile" on the image as well.. Now the picture is too wide and most will have to scroll over..

I've fixed it for you.

Sorry Zane.. I used a sample post screenshot, and for whatever reason didn't crop it out.. my bad. As for the scrolling, my screen's resolution is high enough that there was no scrolling.. but yeah, thanks for the crop correction.

Though it looks horrible once you vote (just a warning)

No kidding! lmao.. I had to stop and think what the hell was going on for a second there lol

So for the record, since we only choose two, mine is #1 (As Zane mentioned, 'orange being the new blue'), and #2 (EDIT - voted in the poll).

I'll have to say that I'm not too fond of the orange colors seeing as blue is a de facto standard for links on the internet. Making them orange might mislead more than help.

I was thinking the same thing which led me to choose the dark blue and green.

I prefer links in browser specified colours.

EDIT: Thank goodness #2 is closest to the real colour, see? If it's the de-facto for 50 years...

To be fair, the shades of blue in the proposal was not meant to be 'the real colour' of traditional links (nor even trying to be close), but rather work with the theme colours we have within the forums. Personally, I find the 'traditional blue' links tired and boring looking, but that's just me.

Let me guess.. you voted for #2?  ;)

i do agree that the traditional blue links seem old and worn out.  Vote #3!  It's still got some tradition mixed in it, for those who prefer to dip their feet in the pool instead of cannonball in!

#3:

"Please read the documentation on preg_match_all to view the available parameters.

Also check this tutorial out! http://ca2.php.net/manual/en/function.preg-replace-callback.php"

Meh, thought it'd look worse.

EDIT: The sun is reflecting off that font, Oh god!
