umm i while deleting rows from another table i accidenlty dleted 3200+ rows from the wrong table and that was all of them
i dont have a backup for my database
is there anyway to roll back the database a few hours maybe

AFAIK without a recent SQL dump/backup you cannot roll back. Check with your host they automatically do database backups. If they do see if they have a recent backup you could use.

kk thanx i have emailed them btw. im using php my admin any1 know about any rollback or something function in it?

It's impossible to roll it back, once it's deleted it's gone if you don't have a backup.
