Where can I find information in the PHP documentation about !_SERVER[...] variables?

I've searched and can't find anything.  According to phpinfo() they come under the Apache heading, but I can't find anything under the 'Apache specific' functions in the manual.

Regards
Rich

Run the function phpinfo in a script, scroll down to find the  Apache Environment heading. Under that will be the list of server variables. Or goto the PHP Variables heading to find the _SERVER variables.
