Website Critique

Why not look at sites around the web to give you ideas, what you like, dont like, etc. Don't copy them direct but take ideas from one, maybe the navigation and use the font in another and the colours in another, etc. Make sure the graphics fit in with the colours you choose and be sure to make the navigation user friendly. You want to make it stand out to a user. It seems like you have started without any clear direction. What you have created cannot be critiqued, its just a blank template.

you are asking for critique too often. You have to actually Develop some things first. Apply colors to all of the boxes. Maybe some background images.

I Do like the the drop down nav though.

Since this is a website for your business you may not want to use it to learn. You might consider a free/premium template or using a web design service.

http://odesk.com is a pretty good site for finding some people who will create a custom web design for you or a graphic artist who could create the background images for you.

admin edited the post and wiped the link. Props to admins for their quick response!

It was some sort of worm/rogue rootkit....by the time AVG caught it it was all over!  Tried to install something called Security Essentials.  I think I got rid of it from my system but hijackthis is still reporting a few issues.

Security holes?

Is there any random Javascript thats been injected into your site? Check the HTML - view source.

Any random crap been posted into your database? Check the records.

Has your hosting account been compromised? Are you on a cheap shared server?

There is no javascript but for the google adsense. I do have a database that has been getting spamed on the server, but it does not show up on any of my pages. I just emptied it, but i havent bothered to stop it since it does not seem to cause harm (i know, i am probably wrong lol).

ok now i got a virus from my own site. here is the info:

nps8D1C.tmp

detected as: exploit-PDF.m

what anti-virus do you use? thats not really a standardized virus name. It looks like it was a pdf-exploit though (one of the infamous one from before the patch for acrobat reader? ) weird name though.
