help with login email

I have a forum that ask for an email to register for my forum. Now I have someone who is making over a 100 request a week with a non-working email address. I go to the ban section of the PHP admin & I ban the email address *@jbl.com but the person keeps making new emails every week. My question is: Is there a program that I can add to my forum that will log the IP of the person doing this? Or is there an other way to stop this. Any help will be appreciated. I do hope I have put this question in the right place on this forum, if not I am sorry & please direct me to the right place. Thank you.

Depending on your forum software there is most likely some sort of mod for this sort of thing available. I would try looking on a support forum related to your forum software.

Im moving this thread to third party.

Ok the software that I am using is: PHPBB 2.06. I did not build this form; someone else that is no longer with us built it. I am looking for a program that will log IP’s of new request for joining the forum. As it is now a new person has to create a login name & password & then it is sent to them by email. The person that is creating all the new request just makes up email accounts. Does this help? Is there any more info that I can give you to try to get this fixed? Thank you.
