Making CMS Need Help

Well its not really about the CMS system.... but l have 9 different types of access levels and l need 3 to access it.  I currently have:
// Does the user have admin previlages?
if($accessLevel !== 7 || 8 || 9){

die('You do not have permission to access the admin control panel!');

}else{
And it doesn't seem to be working...  I have tried putting brackets around the numbers but that didnt work

Can anyone please shed some light on this?

Thanks,
