or running normaly server with majority of the things listed above ??

if i take xampp will it use more proccesor speed
what are the pros and cons of xampp

btw this is for a server hosting 1 site

I know nothing about xampp, but I will say that I prefer compiling things myself; perhaps these pre-packaged things work well--I don't know.

Beware of distro bloat. More features does not necessarily mean a better product.
