how can i fix my email script takes 2 seconds to answer thanks

2 seconds. What is it that says nobody?  Best guess? The FROM part of the mail header doesn't contain any name and the server sends from 'nobody'

Your headers arent correct. (4th parameter) If you want the email client to show the senders email address in the From: header you'll want to use the correct header:

What do mean nobody. Where does nobody get displayed. Explain what you are trying to do.

yes what you did was correct and what i needed now it shows thier username before i click the email to read.

i want to add Support Ticket Before the name though.
