pawanarora
Hi All!! I am Paw. I am a PHP Web Developer. Now-a-days, I am developing a website using PHP. In this website, there is a requirement to * convert the file extension from php to htm and * hide Querystrings completely from URL. I have done the first one. But I am facing the problem to hide Querystrings completely. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Paw
AndyB
Then use a different method for passing data from one page and making it accessible to another:use forms (with 'hidden' inputs) and method="post" or use SESSIONS if the sending and receiving pages are a php files
jefkin
Another option, depending on your web server, is using url rewriting (Apache REWRITE mod) to make the urls a user sees and uses completely different from what's going on behind the scenes.Jeff
