if Statement around Form - *help needed*

i have an error which says:

Notice: Undefined index: selectType

from this code

[code]<?
$row_rsForm = $_GET['selectType'];
if ($row_rsForm  == "Golf"){ ?> [/code]

the select type is being picked up from another form, with this code, where it says golf changes on each form to what the select type is

[code]
  header("Location:index.php?Id=18&type=".$_POST['selectType']);[/code]

hope this makes sense...any suggestion....

i chaged the get bit to post and use $ type

$type = $_POST['selectType'];
if ($type== "Golf"){ ?>

which again i want to be picked up from this

header("Location:index.php?Id=18&type=".$_POST['selectType']);

any suggestions?? help is really needed now Smiley


anyone at all, or do i need to give more info
