FI alternative for Windows in PHP

The code in your original post is Bash, I'm not sure where your getting 'fi' from, that is simply how you close and 'if' statement in Bash.

if password is incorect "fi" function ask to enter password again. in your example it doesn't ask for password again

As for that, that's a logic issue. Your original code does no such thing. It simply displays "Access denied" and exits. You want me to fix that too?

<?php
function getPass() {
  echo "Enter a password ";
  $pass = trim(fgets(STDIN));
  if ($pass == "jerry") {
    echo "Password verified.";
  } else {
    getPass();
  }
}
getPass();
