EasyPHP & WAMPServer Issues

Hiya.

 

I've been trying to set up a WAMP configuration for quite some time now.

i've used EasyPHP & WAMPServer, but had problems with both.

I alos tried installing it as each element by itself, but that failed in the MySQL Server.

 

So-what I'm looking for is a guide to set up WAMP element by element (PHP, Apache & MySQL all as indvidual programs) and configutre them to work together. I much rather do it by hand than by a package, to get some hands on expreience.

 

Any Guides?
