I'm most likely to try a price comparison site directly related to the product I'm comparing prices on, rather than a general comparison site.

IMO, Pricewatch.com never consistently showed the lowest prices. For years, the leader is:

http://www.streetprices.com

I just did a search on "systemworks 2005" and pricewatch.com returned 7 results with not one containing an exact match of what I wanted.

On the other hand, I did the same search on streetprices.com and got 9 exact grouped results. When I clicked on the grouped result I wanted, I got a list of 12 vendors and priced from lowest to highest. They also display how long ago their prices were captured/updated.

I don't really use these types of sites much anymore. I think they now mostly tailor to showing ads and listing the company that has paid them to be listed first even though they might not have the cheapest prices.

I use eBay.com for the lowest prices on most things.

Nobody knows about www.pricegrabber.com?
It's the only one I use...

I'll stick with streetprices.com thanks.

I did a quick search for norton systemworks 2005 and pricegrabber gave me lowest prices on OEM and "Like New" versions. It doesn't even default to sorting by lowest price first because it seems to list and favor certain vendors first. The lowest not OEM or "Like New" I found listed was $52.00, while streetprices shows $36.99.

That is not bad... but it is too plain and the font too small...
Also those vendors are not reputable small vendors... fishy when buying software especialy.
I prefer [a href=\"http://www.PriceComparison.com\" target=\"_blank\"]http://www.PriceComparison.com[/a] out of the 3.

Here is the page search for Norton SystemWorks 2005
