Changing text on "Submit Query" button

Hi.  I have just one question (I have searched for an answer for this but have not been able to locate one):

 

How do you go about changing the text on a "Submit Query" button to display simply "Submit"?

 

Below is the current code for the page that displays said button.

 

Thank-you in advance for any help or direction.
