Critique my Blog

I've had this blog going for several months. It is all about a program I am involved with so basically aimed at people already in the program or looking at finding info out about it. I think it probably needs a new template at very least. ANyway have a look around and let me know what you think I could do to improve it and hopefully get more people consistantly coming to it.

Unfortunately this is the same site I have posted about not being able to get into the backoffice atm due to an error. Hopefully I will get a solution to that very soon.
