So users will have a certain amount of time to complete a project in PHP and submit it. The best project wins and the user (could) get an award or prize. Perhaps site wide advertisment, hosting from WebHostFreaks, or something. No promises but I will ask him what he says. If he says no, it will be end of discussion unless we collect a contest entrace fee.
