Code to validate an Email

I need to locate a button next to the email field to validate if this email exists, how can I make it, How can I know if the email typed is real?
If somebody can help to get this, pliz..

If you want to validate that the email is properly formatted you can use some javascript (many available through a google search). However there is no way to verify that it is a legitimate email. You will *sometimes* receive a bounceback for bad emails, but that can take anywhere from minutes to days and you would have to figure out a way for the bounceback to be available to your web server.
The quality of the responses received is directly proportional to the quality of the question asked.
