Psycho Posted October 5, 2006 Share Posted October 5, 2006 If you want to validate that the email is properly formatted you can use some javascript (many available through a google search). However there is no way to verify that it is a legitimate email. You will *sometimes* receive a bounceback for bad emails, but that can take anywhere from minutes to days and you would have to figure out a way for the bounceback to be available to your web server.
