dreamweaver

Look no further. There is no "Run" button. Dreamweaver doesn't have a built-in PHP-debugger. Click on "Preview/Debug in Browser" and (if you have a web server with PHP installed) you'll see the result in action.

 

Dreamweaver is an excellent HTML editor, but it's sub-standard as a PHP editor. If you want more, you should try a dedicated PHP editor like Komodo, Zend Studio or PHPEclipse. There are lot more. If you're looking for something free, I'd recommend PHP Designer.
