Printing from database to A3 paper

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me (before i pull all my hair out), is it possible to print a complete database information, to a A3 printer, using pre-defined forms.

All the information is stored using MYSQL Database, also the form is 4 pages long.

All help is greatfully recieved.
