I am creating a webpage, and I want to have a scanner plugin to my page i.e if the user is having a scanner then he will connect it and scan some page through this plugin, (the system will have scanner drivers installed that is other point,). There should be some button which will connect to scanner, and just a click on that should scan the page and that data should be saved somewhere, where my php code can access it for future reference.

Please some one help me if u have idea about this....

Thanks in advance

A scanner needs a paper document, unless you have a digital OCR that can read a paperless document, but all those are very primitive in their scanning results! By primitive, I mean they can only read well defined text!
