Also I trying to get mod_rewrite to redirect all 80 traffic to 443 - But because I using:
<Location /invoices/>
        ProxyPass      http://10.30.0.170:18081/ip/
        ProxyPassReverse        http://10.30.0.170:18081/ip/
</Location>
reverse proxy I can't get it to work.. Any ideas???

Just enable the modules you want to use. The modules that where enabled by default when you installed Apache is fine.
