PaulRyan Posted July 6, 2011 Share Posted July 6, 2011 The idea behind "Get That Vid" started quite some time ago, when I was looking to watch some movies on my T.V. I didn't want to have to sit and wait for a movie to buffer each time I wanted to watch it, so I decided to download them to watch whenever I wanted. Having to manually find the location of the actual movie file was tedious work, so I decided to build a system that would do all of the hard work for me. I let some friends use it, and they were impressed, which lead to the suggestion of making it available on the web, so I cleaned up the interface and put some more work into the backend and here it is! http://www.paulryanmc.co.uk/ <- Not proper URL, just a temp one till I get some hosting Regards, PaulRyan.
