Saving a file to a network address

Hey guys, ive been creating a front end system of a video library for the place I am working at. I got it all working until I relised that I have to get the videos to be saved on a diffrent server on the network altogether. At the moment my working code is

$target_path = "videos\";

Now I want to change this path so that it goes to the correct server and then the folder something like

$target_path = "\\PCname\folderondrive\";

Is this possible?

Now I am in no way sure if this will work or not but here we go..

in the path just use ../ as many times as it takes to get to that to the c: directory then choose your network folder. In my home pc I have the root directory as C:\home then the domains under that so...

I would do something like this.

$path = '../../documents and settings/The user/nethood/the server';

The net hood directory will most likely be hidden so you may want to show hidden files and folders for that directory..

Like I said I am unsure if this will work or not..

Good Luck,
TOm
