I have never really been a fan of Eclipse and after using IBM RAD for server side Java development I can't even look at the interface without cringing. Eclipse is decent enough but throwing RAD on top of it turns it into this monstrous program that made me hate every second of looking at it. WebSphere didn't help. Once your projects get to a certain size you realize its time to find a better IDE.
