Newbie question - Quick answer hopefully

hey guys, dont really know what i'm doing,

Im after a form that will change the link at the bottom of the page to suit what fields have been filled out.

should I be using PHP.

lookup switch from php.net or you can use a if statement or javascript/ajax
Wish i new all about php DAM i will have to learn

Edited your post title - don't shout.
If you are still using mysql_ functions, STOP! Use mysqli_ or PDO. The longer you leave it the more you will have to rewrite.
