Hi Guys,

I just wanted to see the number of guys/girls around here that exercise regularly. I usually keep my programming limited to 5-6 hours a day from morning time, then go to the gym, and then back to some more programing. Its not like that always, I do have plans and such with family friends, but its interesting to see how you guys balance out your day..

I go to the gym in the morning, workout 30-1 hour (depending on what I'm doing) and arrive at work around 9-930.  I like getting it out of the way and I feel better about myself the rest of the day.

I'm typically too lazy to get up in the morning, but after I get off work I tend to do 20-30 miles on the bike on weekdays and then a few hours on the weekend. Although with the weather being so freaking hot, I'm going to start riding in the morning.

Yeah the weather is freaking crazy, it has cooled down over here in Niagara Falls and its much more tolerable. But Its the good that the Staff is also keeping themselves healthy :)

@AyKay: Hahaha, maybe I do man. She would probably be all over my ass about programming...

I am just going to program myself a girlfriend. haha

You can always just get a Cloud Girlfriend

People actually use that shit? That's pretty sad. I hope no one hear uses it. :P

My job usually requires lots of physical activity, so I rarely work out. Although occasionally I'll do something in my spare time.

If you're sitting at a computer for that long, you should get a dumbell or something with a moderate weight and every now and again do a few sets or something, just to keep the muscles active. And stretch, always stretch. :D

I just drink so much coffee that I tremble all day and my heart rate stays about 200 or so. Keeps the muscles in shape and burns about 8,000 calories an hour. Of course then I have to eat 2 large pizzas and a whole smoked brisket for lunch.

Come to think of it, this whole exercise thing is getting too expensive. I quit.

lol, nice..

I make it to the gym maybe a few times a month, whenever my eyes don't hurt so bad and I don't have a headache from looking at the computer screen for 8 hours..
