thyscorpion Posted October 20, 2006 Share Posted October 20, 2006 hi, i am making a gallery for my own site and rather than manually adding description of each picture in html i would rather do it in XML connected with the filename of the picture and let PHP4 pick up the discription for each picture and put it beside the image on the page. i am already automatically picking up the image names from a directory and making a gallery out of the list. now i need to put individual discriptions to it..can someone please help me with it? :-[how should i make the xml file tags ? ???will i have to do a string search for the XML file or does PHP somehow recognize XML tags?thanks.....
