Retired Bill
I coded what I thought would send html email from a website. The code actually works in Apple's mail program, Yahoo mail and gmail, but not in MS Outlook. In Outlook all the html tags are printed in the email. In the other email all the html tags are handled properly. Is it my code or is it another instance of MS doing its own thing?MY CODE:$headers = "MIME-Version: 1.0\r\n"; #html hdr$headers .= "Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\r\n";$headers .= "From: $email \r\n"; #from...{$notice = "<font size=\"36\"><b>YOU'VE BEEN DISSED</b></font><br />";$notice .= "<i>You were dissed at <a href = \"http://dissem.com\" target = _blank>DISSEM.COM</a> on the date $today.</i><br /><br /> ";$notice .= "$name has posted a message for the world to read, saying about you: $comments. <br /><br />";$notice .= "Visit <a href = \"http://dissem.com/male_slap.php\" target = _blank>THIS PAGE</a> to see the result.";mail($email,"You've been dissed",stripslashes($notice),$headers);}
