trouble using nohop in ssh2_exec

While I want a ssh command to be runned in background in Linux servers, I just put a "nohop" phrase in beginning of commands and they will run in background,

But when I use SSH2_exec to run those commands with nohop on a remote server, the commands will not ever run,

Any suggestion about what the issue can be?
